Can I return recordings once I received them. Due to the fact that the information on DVD media can be copied, returns will not be accepted.
I have received a defective DVD. Contact customer care. Make sure you have tested the DVD in at least 2 separate DVD players.
Support: We do not provide any support for the playback and use of video recordings that you have purchased from us (this includes includes computer equipement and DVD playback software).
