How are Video Downloads delivered?
Video downloads will be sent within 6 weeks post-event via a download link or YouSendIt. This does not mean that your e-mail address must be able to receive large files. A high-speed internet connection is strongly recommended. Customers will have the ability to download videos once. All videos must be downloaded within 30 days of recieiving download link.
Where can Video Downloads be used?
Video Downloads are an easy, flexible way to share your video. Video downloads can be uploaded from your computer to YouTube, Facebook and most other video networking sites. Additionally, some model and talent management sites now have the ability for you to add videos to your profile. Check with your agent for details.
On your computer, Video Downloads can be viewed in QuickTime(www.quicktime.com) or iTunes (www.itunes.com). Both programs can be downloaded free of charge. In iTunes, you can transfer your video to your video iPod or iPhone.
What is the difference between a Video Download (aka SD or Standard Definition Video Download) and a High Definition (HD Digital Download)
High Definition Video will give you a clearer image at a much larger size. This format is best for YouTube, Facebook, and for watching on your computer. Click below to see the difference between the two:

Will a Blu-ray play on a DVD Player?
No. However, a DVD will play on a Blu-ray player.
Can I purchase individual competitions or clips?
There are several individual full-length video downloads that we make available. If these do not meet your needs. we are open to working with you for any custom project. AMTC contestants are offered a special editing rate of $90/hr (minimum ½ hr) for AMTC related editing. Custom work is begun after all standard orders have been mailed out.
Will I be able to order after the competition is over?
Yes. However, orders received after the event will take much longer to process as we send out all of our pre-orders and onsite orders first. Additionally, customers will be billed at the post-event price listed on the order form.
I received my video and would like to make a change.
How do I do this and how much will it cost?
Visit zenworksproductions.com/amtc and click on “contact.” Fill out the necessary information and describe what you would like to change. If the change is related to an oversight on our part such as incorrect or missing competitions, it will be resolved at no charge. If the change requires additional custom work not included with the package, you will be billed at our special AMTC rate of $90/hr, minimum ½ hour.
Can I return or cancel my video for a refund.
Do to the custom nature of the video, completed orders will not be refunded. If no work has yet begun on the video, a refund may be possible.
